## Mayberry’s take

The comeback was built on more than surviving a close fifth. Coker first created a decisive fourth-set attacking advantage to extend the match. The final set then required a separate finish, and its four-point cushion allowed two saved match points without surrendering the lead. The early two-point losses remain relevant, but the later efficiency provides a concrete explanation for the reversal.

## Conference context

This was nonconference play. The result adds to the season’s evidence without changing the SAC standings. Subsequent matches will show whether the performance patterns here persist against different opposition.

## Evidence scope

This analysis uses the official match statistics and rally log. It does not assign unreported tactical decisions, injuries or psychological explanations to the scoring patterns.
