## Decisive pattern

The match-wide kills advantage preserves evidence of Wingate’s strong middle sets, but it cannot explain the finish on its own. The decider created a fresh, shorter contest in which production fell. The appropriate review therefore separates the quality that built the lead from the execution that failed to protect it. No single full-match average captures both phases adequately.
