IUP recovered from a 25–22 first-set loss to beat Slippery Rock in four: 22–25, 25–15, 25–22, 25–14\. Gannon defeated California (Pa.) 25–10, 25–17, 25–18\. The Golden Knights recorded 55 kills at .328 against 22 kills at .108 for California. ## Shippensburg completes a three-set win

Shippensburg defeated Bloomsburg 25–18, 25–18, 25–21\. Bloomsburg’s official recap describes missed chances at pivotal points, but the accessible source does not provide a verified point sequence to attribute those swings to a specific rotation or tactic. In the third set, Mars Hill opened 4–0 and reached 7–1; UVA Wise worked back to 12–10, later erased a 14–12 deficit, and closed the match after Mars Hill led 22–21\. Lillian Edwards led with 15 kills at .483; Grace Woodring added 11 kills at .500 and four blocks, while setter Addie Rossum recorded 41 assists.
